These Terms govern the relationship between Body Fit Teknoloji A.Ş. and all users of the Body Fit app and website. They apply across all distribution platforms, including the Apple App Store.
Body Fit Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Body Fit") provides the mobile app and web services. A "User" is any person who downloads the app, creates an account, or visits the website. By using the service you accept these Terms.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Contact contact@bodyfit.social if you suspect unauthorized use.
The app is free to download. Pro subscriptions are sold via Apple In-App Purchase and managed through your App Store account settings. Charges are collected in local currency and may include applicable taxes.
We do not tolerate spam, harassment, or content that violates community rules. Body Fit may warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that breach these Terms.
The Body Fit brand, designs, software, and content belong to the company. You may not copy or create derivative works without written permission. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use.
Body Fit is liable only to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability; maintenance or force majeure may cause temporary downtime.
You may delete your account at any time. Body Fit may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Retention obligations remain as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. For material changes we provide notice. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
