These Terms of Use govern the relationship between all users of the Body Fit mobile application and Orlikon, LLC, and apply across all platforms, including the Apple App Store.
Orlikon, LLC ("Body Fit", "we", "us") provides mobile and web-based fitness and community services. "User" refers to any individual who downloads, accesses, or uses the Body Fit application. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate and current information during registration and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at contact@bodyfit.social.
The Body Fit application can be downloaded and used free of charge with limited features. Advanced features are available through the paid subscription service called "Body Fit Pro". Body Fit Pro subscriptions are offered on an auto-renewable basis via Apple In-App Purchase and may include different subscription periods such as monthly or yearly plans. The exact price, billing period, and available features for each plan are clearly displayed to you before completing the purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription. Any applicable taxes may vary by country and will be displayed prior to purchase. Body Fit does not offer refunds for unused subscription periods, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
Unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase, Body Fit Pro subscriptions do not include a free trial period. If a free trial or promotional offer is available, the terms of such offers will be clearly communicated before activation.
Users must comply with community standards. Spam, harassment, abusive behavior, or content violating applicable laws is prohibited. Body Fit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
All trademarks, logos, software, designs, and content within the Body Fit app are the exclusive property of Orlikon, LLC. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Body Fit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or force majeure events.
Users may delete their accounts at any time. Body Fit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Subscription cancellations must be handled through Apple ID settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
